Bernie joined the practice in 1990 as an Engineering Technician and became a Director in 2020.
Managing the drawing office, he is responsible for overseeing staff workload as well as being a hands on technician himself. Bernie is the direct contact for our position as framework engineers for GlaxoSmithKlein Barnard Castle site. He was also our lead person for the P21 & P22 framework agreements we held with Interserve at the James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough. The surveying of structures and bunds on industrial sites, in particular petrochemical, form a large percentage of Bernie’s work.
