Michael joined BGP as a Structural Engineer in 2009 and became a Director in 2020. Michael is a Chartered Engineer and a Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers.
He is currently leading some of our most prestigious large projects and is responsible for a team of Structural Engineers and Technicians. Michael takes on the project lead role on many of our most complex projects. Working closely with multi-disciplinary project teams he helps to successfully deliver these projects on time and within budget. His responsibilities and duties involve the completion of structural assessments and designs from appraisal to completion of works on site. He also carries out the development of detailed tender and construction information for both sub and superstructure design to provide the most suitable and economic solutions.
