The scheme redeveloped a former bus depot central to the town, replacing it with a key leisure quarter.
Within the complex there is a nine-screen Vue cinema, 80 bedroom Premier Inn hotel along with many eateries including outdoor terraces and an extensive podium.
Highways works adjacent to the site and an under-podium service yard was included along with all associated infrastructure and landscaping along the adjacent riverside.
